Home Tour: Cole Manor

August 19, 2020

Welcome to Cole Manor! We had the pleasure of staging this new construction duplex built by Conrad Homes. This modern open concept 3-story property is perfectly located in East Village. Here Atmospheric Home accentuates the construction, architecture, and finish out by the builder with staging.

Open concept living at its finest, this living room features 21-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, and, modern plank stairs and railing. This home had been previously listed for more than 3 months, but once we staged the home, it sold in less than 2 weeks! Home staging makes it easier for potential buyers to visualize living in a home.

We selected this modern, yet cozy gray sectional to showcase the room’s size while also adding these contemporary tri-leg accent chairs to elevate the look. The rug helps to define the living space to be a distinct and functional area. Keeping with the theme of the home, we added black accents all through out.

Vacant homes and empty spaces can sometimes feel cold and lifeless. The before and after photos show how adding furnishings to fit the space highlight the potential of this beautiful home.

The modern finishes in the kitchen set the scene for superb dining experiences and the over-sized granite island is great for entertaining. Adding in a six-person dining table shows the potential of space that was previously not thought of as an adequate dining space.

Buyers touring this home originally commented on the size of the primary bedroom. Potential buyers felt that the room was too small and they had reservations making an offer. Look what happens when this room is staged! The room feels much bigger and buyers can see that a queen sized bed fits in the room with ease.

This black canopy bed elevates the room and its grey velvet horizontal channel tufted headboard is such a statement! We brought in plush linens and pillows to make this space as inviting as possible to potential buyers. Pops of emerald green adds life and dimension to our crisp white textured bedding.
