For homes listed under $375K and under 2,000 sq. ft. The rooms staged usually include Living Room, Dining Area, Primary Bedroom, with accessories in the Kitchen and Bathrooms. Each package is customized for your specific listing and additional rooms can be added to each package. Staging includes furniture, textiles, wall decor, accessories package and an initial staging term of 60 days. Each package is priced based on the number of rooms staged, listing price of the home, square footage of the home, and style of furnishings chosen. Pricing starts at $2,200, request a quote.

Signature Service Package

For homes listed at $375K to $699K and between 2,000 and 3,000 sq. ft. The rooms staged usually include Living Room, Dining Area, Primary Bedroom, with accessories in the Kitchen and Bathrooms. Additional rooms can be added like a breakfast nook, family room, office, or any additional bedrooms, each package is customized for your specific listing. Staging includes furniture, textiles, wall decor, and accessories package and an initial staging term of 60 days. Each package is priced based on the number of rooms staged, listing price of the home, square footage of the home, and style of furnishings chosen.

LuxE Service Package

For homes listed above $700K and over 3,000 sq. ft. The rooms staged will be customized for your specific listing. Staging includes furniture, textiles, wall decor, and accessories package. The staging term will be negotiated at the beginning of the contract. Each package is priced based on the number of rooms staged, listing price of the home, square footage of the home, and style of furnishings chosen.
