The Real Estate Staging Association® (RESA®) is pleased to announce that Kyndra Outlaw, owner of Atmospheric Home Staging, in Dallas, Texas has been voted as a 2021 Top Ten finalist in the Best Vacant Home Stager of the Year, United States awards. Kyndra will go on to compete for the overall title of RESA’s 2021 Top Ten in the Best Vacant Home Stager of the Year, United States in October.
Atmospheric Home Staging is based in the Dallas / Fort Worth, Texas area and was formed in 2015. Atmospheric specializes in vacant home staging services, helping homes sell faster and for more money. As the owner of Atmospheric Home Staging, Kyndra began her career at a home furnishings company in Dallas as a visual merchandiser and product developer. While helping with a home furnishings brand photoshoot in 2015, she overheard the real estate agent hint at how the furnishings and fixtures should be left to help sell the home. The realtor's vacant home had been on the market for 6 months empty, then staged from the photoshoot- within a week she had a contract! Kyndra recognized the need and witnessed the value of staging first-hand and that’s where the idea of opening a home staging company started. Kyndra loves home furnishings and wants to help real estate agents, home sellers, and real estate investors add value to their homes through home staging.
Kyndra holds a Master of Science degree in Merchandising from The University of North Texas, specializing in home furnishings. She has also served as an Adjunct Professor in the College of Merchandising, Hospitality & Tourism at The University of North Texas. Her definition of merchandising is simply ‘the art of selling' and her definition of home staging is ‘the art of preparing a home to sell.' Kyndra is a member of the Real Estate Staging Association and a MetroTex Industry Partner.
