The stager and homeowner will 'Walk and Talk' from the exterior of the home to the interior of the home; viewing room by room. A review of the home will establish goals to prepare the home for selling through the eyes of a potential buyer detailing areas to address and specific suggestions for market preparation. The 'Do-It-Yourself' seller can then complete the work to personally increase value from the guidelines provided room by room to prepare the home for sale. $150
Every occupied and vacant property staging begins with a home staging consultation. The stager will view the property from a prospective buyer’s viewpoint from the exterior to the interior of the home. The stager will assess the property detailing areas to address and determine specific suggestions for market preparation to receive maximum return on investment. The assessment concludes with a plan of action and timeline proposal for additional staging services. Once the pre-staging checklist is complete the stager returns to stage the home. A $75 consultation deposit is required which will be applied to the final service.
Occupied Property Staging
A service for homeowners who are residing in their home during the time of the staging and selling process. After the home staging consultation and pre-staging checklist is complete the stager returns to use existing furnishings of the homeowner to attract prospective buyers. The art of occupied home staging focuses on showcasing the home's warmth and livability through furniture layout, editing, and arranging decor to appeal to the eyes of potential buyers. The stager may also make recommendations of additional pieces to use in staging the home. Priced per hour, request a quote.
Vacant Property Staging
A service for homeowners who have vacated their home and need furnishing to help buyers visualize the potential of the property. After the home staging consultation and pre-staging checklist is complete the stager returns to furnish and accessorize the home using Atmospheric's inventory. The style of furnishings and accessories installed in the home is specific to the property, list price, and target buyer market. The art of vacant home staging focuses on showcasing the home with warmth and livability by creating flow, lifestyle, and purpose for each room of an otherwise vacant property. The main areas of the home (entry, living room, dining area, kitchen, bathroom, master bedroom) are staged to help the potential buyer visualize living in the home and benefit the seller by minimizing the home's time on the market.
