Kyndra Outlaw is the CEO and Founder of Atmospheric Home Staging. She began her career at a home furnishings company in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area as a visual merchandiser and product developer. Her love for home staging started there; as she was working on a photo shoot creating beautiful spaces which were published on the pages of advertisements and national trade magazines. On a particular photo shoot of a vacant property a real estate agent hinted at how she should help by staging her other vacant properties. Staging was new to Kyndra, but she realized the need and value. After the relator's vacant home had been on the market for 6 months empty within a week she had a contract from Kyndra's staging and photo styling. Kyndra loves home furnishings and wants to help relators and buyers add value to their homes through home staging.
Kyndra holds a Master of Science degree in Merchandising from The University of North Texas specializing in home furnishings. Prior to founding Atmospheric Home, she completed freelance and solo interior ventures and worked in the wholesale home furnishings industry. Her definition of merchandising is simply ‘the art of selling' and her definition of home staging is ‘the art of preparing a home to sell.'
